- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care / hygiene products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Gift cards or digital products
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- However, we will cover return shipping if:
